What you need to know!

DRESS CODE:  The dress code is smart casual within our hospitality facilities.

TIMINGS: Our hospitality facilities open two and a half hours before kick-off and will remain open for up to an hour after full-time, please check your itinerary provided with your tickets as timings are subject to change.

WHEN WILL WE RECIEVE OUR TICKETS: Providing payment has been paid in full, tickets are normally dispatched to clients via email seven to 14 days prior to the fixture.

HOW DO YOU ACCESS THE STADIUM: Our hospitality facilities can be accessed by any of our Club Level Entrances on the North, South, East or West. The nearest entrance for the hospitality facilities will be referenced on you hospitality tickets.

Note, if your clients have booked The Heritage or The Avenell package, they will need to check in upon arrival at the Woolwich Club Level East reception. The dedicated hospitality desk is directly ahead after walking through the turnstiles. This is to ensure they are met and escorted to their hospitality facility by our matchday staff.

STADIUM POLICIES

It is now a Premier League requirement that we spot-check the COVID certification status of match attendees on arrival at the stadium. It's at our discretion whether we permit those supporters unable or unwilling to demonstrate their COVID status. This policy will apply to all games held at Emirates Stadium.

Acceptable forms of certification include proof of:

1. Full vaccination (+14 days)

2. A negative lateral flow test and/or PCR test taken within the previous 48 hours

Please click here for more information about how to provide proof of COVID status. You can also click here to read our current FAQs on COVID certification.

All matchday attendees must adhere to our supporter Code of Conduct

The unaccompanied minimum age is 14 years old. This means that all under-14s require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them for any match at Emirates Stadium. Note, there are certain rows at the front of GA, Club Level and Box Level which will not be permitted for 0-3 year-olds. This is based on recommendations from safety experts.

BRINGING BAGS INTO THE STADIUM: Any bags larger than A4 (a standard rucksack / handbag) will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to search which will delay entry to the stadium. Luggage storage facilities are available at London King's Cross station if required.

Please ask your clients to take a moment to check the full list of prohibited items before they travel to the stadium and ensure they plan their journey accordingly to avoid queues ahead of kick-off.

We must stress that the Club reserves the right not to authorise any type of bag on any occasion.  Fans arriving with a bag on matchdays should look out for the dedicated bag searching lanes at the stadium turnstiles.
