What is the Arsenal Hero Experience package?
The Arsenal Hero Experience package is currently the only matchday hospitality package where you and your guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet with a current first team player. In addition to this, you will also have the chance to take a private pitchside tour with an Arsenal legend on matchday, and then you and your guests will move on to soak in the pre-match atmosphere in plush surroundings amongst yourselves whilst also enjoying a lavish three-course meal. As well as the meet and greet with past and present players, you and your guests will also be presented with either a signed squad shirt or football by the Arsenal men’s first team player himself which is yours to keep.
What are some of the package benefits?
The Hero Experience package has a number of benefits, which we will delve into in more detail below. The package includes a private booth for four guests in The Foundry restaurant, as part of the three-course pre-match dining experience. You will also have Premium Club Level match seats located in the midfield area, offering you a stunning view of the pitch in all its glory, providing a superb matchday experience for you and your guests. Complimentary drinks will also be provided throughout matchday, with half-time refreshments to enjoy whilst browsing through the personalised official matchday programme (you will be able to find your own name within the programme itself!)
Meet and greet with a current men’s first team player
Undoubtedly one of the hallmarks of the Hero Experience package is the chance to meet a current men’s first team player. During the meet and greet, you will be presented with the signed first-team men’s squad shirt or football by the player and have the chance to take a photo with them so you can always look back on this moment fondly. Private pitch-side tour with an Arsenal legend

More than just a keepsake, this photo gives you the chance to gather with your guests to capture the moment. You will have the perfect backdrop for your photo, namely the players entrance, an area which has seen a host of legendary figures pass through on their way to the pitch.
Can I choose which Arsenal men's first team player presents the signed shirt or football?
We will try our best to accommodate any player request you have as part of your Hero Experience. Once your booking is confirmed for your selected fixture, please ensure to email us a minimum of two weeks prior to the match with your player request, as well as your personalised matchday programme message, up to a maximum of 20 words. Note, all packages are subject to availability throughout the season.
