  • What are the food/dining options available on a matchday?

    Seasonal Dining on Club Level

    We have two private Members-only clubs which can be booked for Seasonal Dining allowing you a reserved table for every home game throughout the season. For more information please contact your account manager or our Platinum Memberships Team on 0345 262 0001 (option 1).

    Match by Match dining on Club Level

    The Woolwich restaurant offers pre-match dining and can be pre-booked online via our the restaurants tab or by calling our Platinum Memberships Team on 0345 262 0001 (option 1). For additional information please visit our Club Level restaurants page. 

    Corner Bars on Club Level

    We have 4 corner bars on Club Level. Each bar offers a range of delicious hot and cold snacks, available pre-match and at half-time. Food is available post-match in Royal Oak only. Our corner bars, alongside Dial Square, Royal Oak and Highbury, provide the perfect surroundings to enjoy the pre-match build-up and post-match analysis as the crowds disperse.

    • 49ers - North West corner between Highbury and Royal Oak
    • Emirates Lounge - North East corner between Royal Oak and Woolwich
    • Legends - South East corner between Woolwich and Dial Square
    • Champions - South West corner between Dial Square and Highbury, for the full Camden Town Brewery experience.

  • How can I make a restaurant reservation?

    The Woolwich restaurant can be booked in advance of your chosen matchday by logging in to your account and viewing the restaurants tab.

  • Are drinks included with my Platinum Season Ticket?

    House wines, draught beers and soft drinks are complimentary in all bars at half-time on Club Level. Drinks are available to purchase at all other times.

    Platinum Members in The WM and members of The Avenell Club enjoy a fully inclusive drinks package on matchdays.

  • Can I purchase a children's meal?

    Children's meals (for children aged 12 and under) can be purchased in advance by calling the Platinum Memberships Team on 0345 262 0001 (option 1).

    Please note that a child's meal is £16.20 and they will be asked to choose off the Children’s menu on the day.

    Please be aware that all under-14s will require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them for any match at Emirates Stadium.

  • Can I bring my bag into Club Level?

    All bags brought into the stadium will be searched and tagged.

    This is a process which takes additional time for fans with bags entering the stadium. Therefore, we strongly encourage fans to not bring a bag with them on matchdays. However, we recognise there will be times when bringing a small bag is unavoidable.

    Suitcases, large items of luggage (including cabin bags), laptop bags and rucksacks are NOT permitted inside the stadium on matchdays.

    We will only permit bags smaller than A5 (21cm  x  15cm  x  10cm) or clear bags.

    We must stress that the Club reserves the right not to authorise any type of bag on any occasion.

    Fans arriving with a bag on matchdays should look out for the dedicated bag searching lanes at the stadium turnstiles.
