  • What if I have specific dietary requirements?

    Our caterers can work with you on any specific dietary requests you may have, when placing your order please ensure you confirm your dietary requirements in the Special Requirements section.

  • What happens if I want to cancel my order?

    Refunds on cancellations of box dining bookings can only be made within 7 working days of the match.  Please contact your Account Manager should you wish to discuss this further.

  • What if I miss the catering deadline?

    If you have missed the catering deadline please contact your Account Manager who will endeavour to assist you.

  • What if I want change to my order?

    You can change your order by simply going into your order history and clicking on the edit button and amending your requirements. If you wish to add to or cancel your order please contact your Account Manager.

  • What time would you recommend that food be served?

    We recommend that food is served approximately 1 ½ hours before kick-off, however if you wish to be more specific please put your instructions in the Special Requests section.

  • Can I bring my own food into my box?

    Visitors are not permitted to bring their own food or drink into the stadium.
