What do I do if I lose my Membership Card(s)?

In the unfortunate event that your card has been lost, you will need to submit your request for a replacement card in writing to platinum@arsenal.co.uk, confirming your Membership number and the name of the person who will collect the replacement. The person nominated to collect your replacement card(s) will need to bring photo ID with them. Please note, there is an administrative charge of £10 if you require more than one replacement card during a season so please do keep them in a safe place!
