The Avenell package is located in our new exclusive members-only lounge, The Avenell Club.
The Avenell package is the height of luxury with panoramic views of the pitch and padded seats located directly outside of the restaurant. Enjoy a modern hospitality experience with a live panoramic views of the pitch, cocktails mixed to order and a theatrical countdown to kick-off!

Thanks for the superb time my son Ed had enjoying his 'Avenell package' on Saturday as my gift for his 21st birthday weekend. He is still buzzing from the exceptional experience; everything from the food, ambiance and the bonus of meeting several Arsenal legends was spot on. Something he won't forget in a hurry. It had exactly the modern, relaxed but high end feel that we had hoped for.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets and further information about your Matchday Experience are normally dispatched via email to the lead booker approximately 3 - 5 days prior to the fixture or event.
Please note, if you have booked The Heritage or The Avenell package, then you will need to check in upon arrival at the Woolwich Club Level East reception. You will see a dedicated hospitality desk immediately after walking through the turnstiles. This is to ensure you are met and escorted to your hospitality facility by our matchday staff.
