Season ticket holders unable to attend a game can make their ticket available once the match is sold out via the Ticket Exchange Service (subject to restrictions*).
Upon a buyer being found and a sale being made, your digital pass will be disabled for the game while the buyer's pass will be activated. The credit for the ticket sale will be deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket value of the sales made via Ticket Exchange or funds can be withdrawn via our Cashback Service at certain times during the season. Entry into Emirates Stadium from the 2023/24 season will be by digital pass only. Please ensure you have downloaded your pass to your iOS or Andriod mobile device before you come to the stadium for the first Premier League home game of the season. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Emirates Stadium Bag Policy
We strongly advise supporters do not bring bags to Emirates Stadium unless absolutely necessary. Any bags larger than A4 (a standard rucksack / handbag) will not be permitted.
All bags will be subject to search which will delay your entry to the stadium. Luggage storage facilities are available at London King's Cross station if required.
Please take a moment to check the full list of prohibited items before you travel to the stadium and ensure you plan your journey accordingly to avoid queues ahead of kick-off.
Member Ticketing Services
Your Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services are available up to 3 hours before kick-off, giving you flexibility for others to utilise your seat(s) at any fixtures that you’re unable to attend.
You will only receive a notification if your seat(s) has been purchased. Any tickets posted on Ticket Exchange continue to expire at the time that the service closes, but if you wish to remove it earlier you can login to your account and withdraw it. If your ticket does not sell, your access/membership card will be reactivated for the match.
You can continue to access these services via your Online Box Office account.
