What are the matchday timings for hospitality?

Our hospitality facilities on Club Level and Box Level usually open 2.5 hours before kick-off and remain open for up to 2 hours after the game. Please check the event itinerary provided with your ticket(s) as timings are subject to change.

Timings for concerts and non-football events may differ.

When will I receive my ticket(s)?

Tickets are sent by email to the lead contact against the hospitality booking, usually 3-5 days prior to the fixture or event.

Where do I collect my ticket(s) from?

Tickets are sent by email to the lead contact against the hospitality booking, usually 3-5 days prior to the fixture or event.

I’ve lost my ticket(s), can I get replacements?

If you have not received or cannot access the tickets sent to you via email 3-5 days prior to the fixture, please contact us as soon as possible at hospitality@arsenal.co.uk or call 0345 262 0001 (option 2) and we can resend your ticket(s).

What is the dress code for Arsenal hospitality?

The dress code is smart casual within our hospitality facilities (Arsenal shirts & colours are permitted). Please note that away colours are not permitted anywhere across Club and/or Box Level.

Can I change the host name on my booking?

Yes, please notify us as soon as possible ahead of the event at hospitality@arsenal.co.uk or call 0345 262 0001 (option 2).

How do I get to/from Emirates Stadium?

Go to Venue Information for details about travel and access.

How do I access Emirates Stadium?

Our hospitality areas can be accessed via our Club Level entrance on the East side of the stadium.
Please note to access Club or Box Level you will need a valid Club or Box Level ticket for the fixture or event.

Is there disability access?

At the hospitality entrance at the East side of the stadium, there are lifts from the ground floor up to both Club and Box Level, as well as from the stadium Car Park entrance.

Can I bring my bag into Emirates Stadium?

All bags brought into the stadium will be searched and tagged.

This is a process which takes additional time for supporters with bags entering the stadium. We strongly encourage guests to not bring a bag with them on event days. However, we recognise there will be times when bringing a small bag is unavoidable.

Suitcases, cabin bags or large luggage bags are NOT permitted inside the stadium on event days.

Small bags and normal sized rucksacks are allowed, but we must stress that the Club reserves the right not to authorise any type of bag on any occasion.

Supporters arriving with a bag should enter by the dedicated bag searching lanes at their designated stadium turnstile.

Is Emirates Stadium a non-smoking venue?

In accordance with government legislation, Emirates Stadium has a no smoking policy throughout the entire stadium, including the stadium seating bowl. This applies to all tobacco products, e-cigarettes and vapes.

What happens if I need to leave the stadium during the event and re-enter?

Unfortunately, readmittance is not permitted if you leave the stadium.

Is there a minimum number of hospitality places I need to book?

Most of our hospitality packages do not have a minimum booking requirement, and you can purchase one or multiple places if required. However, the following packages do have either a minimum or fixed number of guests per booking:

•    The Avenell
•    The Heritage
•    Hero Experience
•    Inner Circle
•    N5 Executive Box
•    N7 Executive Box

•    Executive Box

Are kick off dates and times confirmed for the fixtures showing on the website?

At the start of each season, fixtures are usually scheduled for 3pm on Saturdays. All fixtures are subject to change due to TV scheduling. Where a fixture date and time is changed or postponed, your hospitality booking will remain valid. If you have made a booking for a match which is rescheduled, please email the team on hospitality@arsenal.co.uk with any questions.

The ‘standard’ TV selections have now been made for Premier League games up to and including 28 September 2024. Ordinarily, Premier League fixtures up to this date will not now change. However, as ever, all fixtures remain subject to change and circumstances may yet arise which result in further changes.

What is your away supporter policy?

Whilst we welcome visiting fans to Emirates Stadium you are advised that most hospitality guests are Arsenal supporters and, therefore, visiting supporters are advised to act discreetly. Visiting supporters please be advised that away colours are not permitted within the hospitality facilities.

Can I bring children?

Yes, people of all ages can attend. Please note, all children and babies must have their own event ticket for entry into the stadium. We offer concessionary pricing on selected hospitality packages only.

Under-14s require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them for any match or event at Emirates Stadium. In addition, for safety reasons, children aged 0-3 years are not permitted in row one of Club or Box Level.

Can I bring a pushchair into the stadium?

Buggies, pushchairs, and prams are not permitted at Emirates Stadium. Please do not bring them with you to the stadium on event days.

The website is showing a fixture as unavailable, is this correct?

We aim to have all available options listed for each fixture or event. If a particular game/event package is showing as sold out, that is most likely to be the case.

On occasion, we may be able to release a small number of packages closer to the fixture or event date. If you would like to register your interest for an event that is showing as sold out on the website, please contact the team on 0345 262 0001 (option 2) and we can add you to our waiting list.

When will each fixture go on sale?

We aim to make fixtures and events available to buy as early as possible once any event announcements, fixture releases or cup draws have taken place. On-sale timings may vary depending on the event.

Are there options to purchase official Arsenal hospitality through another source?

Official Arsenal hospitality is only available directly through the Club or via selected, fully authorised travel operators who carry the ‘official agent’ insignia. We would strongly advise that you do not purchase hospitality or tickets through any other channel/re-sale platforms, as the Club cannot verify the legitimacy of the package and/or event ticket and entry to the stadium may be prohibited.
